How The Nike Flex Trainer Shoes are Made

In the past few decades, Nike has been making wonderful shoes for indoor workouts and the Nike Flex Trainer is one to be mentioned. This shoe is made of synthetic sole, Phylon midsole, Phylon outsole, and a breathable synthetic mesh. The Phylon outsole is combined with minimal rubber pods to offer the greatest traction you need for dancing. The combination of all these materials make it very flexible and comfortable to wear.
